How long does shipping take?
Our delivery time within Germany is 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking email after shipment.

Can I return items?
Yes, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please notify us of your return in advance by email.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently ship within Germany and to selected EU countries. For shipping costs outside of Germany, please contact us.

Which size is right for me?
You'll find a size chart and fitting tips for every shoe and garment. If you're unsure, we're happy to advise you personally.
